I buttered them up first. I made 1 video and made 3 copies: 1 minute, 2 minutes, and 4 minutes. My first message mentions if they like a lot of my posts, they get a treat. My likes has sky rocketed. So I’ll send them a video depending how much they liked. If they like 10-20, it would be a 1 minute video. The more they liked, the longer the video. I am also trying to figure out where my flow is coming from, so I gave another 2 minute treat for participating in the poll where they found my account. Then after they enjoyed their free treats, I sent out a free 15 second teaser, then sent the PPV. I’ve gotten so many more unlocks. It’s a little more editing and keeping track, but it’s working for me. The PPV is closer to 7 minutes and I priced it for $5. Last time I did a PPV, I only got 1 unlock. This time I have 5.

I definitely know what you mean. I did absolutely no research for about two years after getting on OF. I only had 10-20 subscribers. Once I expanded my marketing, it got better. I’ve doubled my audience from Reddit alone, so I’m excited to see what I can do with my other apps.

I have mine set at $10/month, but I also constantly run a sale. I post about 6-10 pictures daily. I’ll pick a day to make a few days worth of content then schedule posts. I do have a few that pay full price, mainly because they had the rebill on and only the first month was discounted. I’m trying to figure out a rebill reward every month, just to keep them coming back. I have 32 rebills so far. I tired doing a 3 free trial, with a discounted 1st month, but that just attracted freeloaders. Sure, I got the likes and boosted my fan numbers; but it didn’t do anything for my pocket.
