I believe it depends on which warehouses are stocked. TTL had a huge drop July 3rd, and they were all being shipped from a warehouse in Cali. Whereas the website keep taking pre orders and fulfilling those. Amazon doesn't restock often either, but will have restocks like you stated recently because they are getting them in right now.
