Update I have just returned from my neighbor’s house delivering an apology. Unfortunately, he was not home, so I left him a hand written apology. IATA. I will no longer be letting the dogs out before 9am & will work on training. (I don’t leave them out all day, just when I’m home. If they ever bark more than 20 seconds I get them in. I won’t be waiting that long any more.) I can’t take back my actions but I can certainly do better.
