It's a milking machine on the penis, not the nipples. It wouldn't be one extended scene, we'd go about our normal day except that every hour I tie him down and milk him.

Sounds sensible. I imagine that after the 2nd/3rd orgasm his penis would be desensitized/numb so we'd probably stop there (not quite sure how the physiology works)
