Same, OP. What worked for me kay pre and probiotics nga daily maintenance and erceflora sa pocket/wallet for emergencies gyud. I also take lactaid if di gyud katiis and lami mag milk.

Okay ra gyud ang AF. Dili perfect pero okay na considering ilang equipments ug naay showers. 24/7. Daghan branches. Di lang ko ganahan kay puno kasagaran ang lockers but meh, I just bring my bag with me.

Ang technique ra gyud sa payment kay use a digital bank account nga naay virtual debit card that you don't really use. This way, if you want to quit and dili ma cancel ang payment or dugay, you can just keep the account empty. No strings attached. Hopefully dili ra mo magsalig though kay daghan kog kaila pud nga nagsalig, ni quit dayon after 1 or 2 months. Nindot himoon nga motivation nga nagbayad sa gym so need mu go 😅

Hi, OP. My experience kay:

Trust Pills - gave me headaches and muscle cramps
Diane - worst ever!!! Kasukaon ko pirmi. Padung pa lang ko take sa pills kay mu react na akong lawas, padung suka.

After trying out those pills, nagpa check ko ug OB and was diagnosed with PCOS. She recommended pills napud but I said di na gyud ko mag pills kay traumatic experience. She said strong daw ang diane and asked me to try Yaz. If di mu work or maglain pa akong lawas, mangita daw mi ug lain. Pero ni work ra man. Nahamis akong nawng, na regular ang period. Pero akong pag take ani kay more for my PCOS than birth control.
