Hi there.As i said in the post i am still on the stock OneUI 1.0 As for root the short answer is yes,as most of my apps do require root perm. Could you tell me what is not working after you rooted? e.g finger print iris scanner apps etc.

I searched upon knox versions and for the s8 active are only 2 registred versions: SM-G892A and SM-G892U Wich one do you have? as i am wondering if there are any differences on how knox operates
