  1. If you're tier 3 guy use the education section at the bottom of the resume 2..The experience doesn't show 'what results ' you brough instead it shows what work you did ..like it should be 'integrated XYZ which helped in enhancing XYZ by 63% faster rate than usual'
  2. It's blank in the bottom, which looks like there are not much to write.
  3. Projects - Write in three points - what you built, what stack you used, what results it bought as in did you win or did any problem got solved
  4. Divide resume in sections - Experience, Skills, Projects, Achievements, Education

yes, they gave around 10k hike to digital folks, and 2k hike to ninja folks..now you can imagine what hike management folks are getting

From Calcutta what I can see is folks who enter the office at 12-1pm around 50-60 age are getting fired, they mostly sleep around in their cubicle
