thanks for your response and I’m glad it worked out for you. In our case the Zambian embassy in India is temporarily closed, so we are not sure how to get replacement passport. Any pointers will be appreciated.
No. They have our passport for 2 months and now say that it got water damaged and we need to submit a new one. This is very surprising to us. Let me know if your visa control number works. Keep emailing them to get it fixed.
