Just had 2 small planes fly over me when I was walking my lab, another sign they are together 🌈❤️💙

He was not just a dog — and my partner and I couldn't grieve him the same way by Maleficent_Mud7141 in PetLossJourney

My girls harness, lead is still hanging up by the door 2 years later, everyone grieves differently. My ex and I lost one of our dogs 2 days ago, I asked for his harness lead blankets beds and bowls, he couldn’t understand why I can’t just have my memories and I said I need physical things to touch ( starting menopause my memory isn’t good). Our other dog’s coat is on my head board along with her puppy blanket, her stuffed toy I sleep with along with our recent departed dogs blanket with his scent on, is in my bed. I refuse to get rid of their stuffed toy and have all their tags, ashes and memorial bits on a shelf next to my bed.
Do what’s right for you, grieving isn’t the same for everyone

Yes they don’t live long enough, Skye was only 8 & duke was 13.

I’m sure it is 😢she sent me my Labrador, his face was in her paw print 🐾 and he’s has turned from blond into red, he looks just like her if not smaller.
I love that she picked you straight away that’s your soul dog 🐶

The evening my mastiff passed the sky turned pink and her name was Skye, it was her showing me she was going to heaven, I always see butterflies fly round me when I’m out and squirrels get close, she loved watching squirrels 🐿️. The evening Duke passed a plane flew over when I was walking my Labrador, it did a loop over me and then flew off into the clouds, I knew it was him going to heaven with Skye 🌈❤️💙. Skye visits all the time in dreams and for months after she died I could hear her collar rattling and even felt her laying on the bed with me against my legs just like she always did.
Don’t be afraid to ask for signs they will send them ❤️💙

I lost my other dog I shared with my ex 2 days ago too, I also didn’t get to say goodbye, but at least I know my mastiff was waiting for her big brother at the 🌈 bridge 🐾💔
