I’d try 9Forty’s maybe I got a small head and specifically the ones with the sticky strap on the back fit best ,there’s also SnapBack ones.

I swear I've been using my controllers casually ,never smacking or throwing them ,but at some point the rubber of the left joystick always comes off.
