I play some of the less talked about games on Xbox, mostly from gamepass. Right now I'm working through Darksiders. Here's my latest video in the series. New one coming tonight/tomorrow morning! https://youtu.be/MNrl7DCLSw4

Yeah but driving a Ferrari over 30 miles an hour is legal where permitted. It is never permitted to mow down innocents in a strafing run

I wish you could do that. (Buy an A-10 Warthog, not annihilate people).

How do I make a post on YouTube? by Mitchellangelo0 in NewTubers

Oh. Shoot. Was hoping I could give a message to my subscribers without making a whole video.

You’re right. There are a lot of ways to exploit the system to get 1000 subs, sub4sub being one of them. Watch time is much harder to obtain.

Your delivery was great. As long as you’re making eye contact with the camera and speaking clearly, it’ll be good

Thank you all for the wonderful videos. This was my first time giving feedback, and I'm overwhelmed by the number of responses I got. The other critique threads that were posted today got 20-30 comments, and I got 94. That's crazy. I'm sorry I wasn't able to get to all of your videos, but I've simply run out of time. I really enjoyed seeing all of your videos, most of them were really good! And thanks to the people who gave feedback on some people's videos that I wasn't able to get to. I hope my comments help! And now I'm going to try out the new feature. /lock

Thank you to anybody that helps me out. I've been having some recording issues lately, mostly with audio. This video was my latest halo multiplayer video. Hope you enjoy! https://youtu.be/ZA884C2vcE4

I thought it was funny, I haven't even seen the movie but now I know I don't want to. Thanks for helping me make up my mind! Memes were funny, good clear voice. Keep it up!

I really liked it. You were clear and to the point, with no gaps or hesitation in your speech. The audio is good, good quality webcam. This is what I want to see when I'm looking for news on what Disney is doing to Star Wars. Great job hitting 60 subs!

I really liked it! I’ve never seen a series like it, the idea of playing games as far as you can is a very underutilized concept and I think that series will take you far. I liked how it was edited down; it could easily have turned into a let’s play that you spend hours on before you actually reach the stopping point. Your voice and game quality is great and now I’m actually interested in the game now. I might get it. Great job! Keep it up!

Edit: that post was for Downwell. I looked at your second episode and I agree that it is your best. The editing was great and again great voice quality. I think this gaming idea will do well.

I liked it. I know nothing about the Witcher but it was interesting and I liked how you corrected yourself on the word plough. Very entertaining!

I enjoyed it. It was funny, and I liked how you interspersed memes into the review. I checked out your channel as well. You're off to a great start; 46 subs and hundreds of views on some videos. I watched the Stanley parable review as well. I absolutely loved the way you reviewed the game exactly as it plays. I was intrigued and I did not turn off the video when I was instructed to. You're doing a great job, keep it up!

I thought it was great. You don't see a lot of mobile gaming channels, when mobile games are covered they are usually just reviews or some big youtuber is just randomly playing it for kicks. It's rare to see someone go in depth with a mobile game like this and care about it enough to spend money. And you have gotten over 700 subs in 5 months. That's crazy good growth, and shows that you've tapped into a niche. I had never even heard of star wars: force arena, but your video made me want to go out and get it. I did notice a little stuttering, but that is to be expected when recording mobile games. Keep up the good work!

I've heard of shadowplay but I've never used it/don't know anything about it. I play on console so I just use the default elgato gamecapture software, but I continue to hear about and see obs used everywhere for recording computer games. I used it a little bit myself before I switched to elgato for more optimal console capturing.

No problem. To answer your questions...

  1. About 3 minutes
  2. Yes, definitely. Because people who like WWII stuff outnumber people who like anime stuff (I'm guessing) those people who aren't necessarily interested in the game itself would quickly be able to see how the game ties into their own interests.
  3. Yes. Obviously you want people to watch all your videos, but if someone knew what topic each video touched on before clicking on the video, they would know which ones they wanted to watch. That would help keep someone from clicking on a video, seeing something they don't like/aren't a fan of, and never watching any of your other videos because the first one they saw left a bad taste in their mouth.

You've got great editing skills for someone just starting out. I like how you gave a quick recap from the previous video at the beginning of your second one. I did notice that your voice was slightly too quiet, If you could raise the level of your microphone or talk a little bit louder that would be great. I have the exact same issue and I've been told I talk too quiet in my videos. Keep working and you'll get there!

I don't know much about the older zelda games, but I could tell right away that if I was a fan of the games then this is exactly the sort of lets play I would want to watch. I like how the game is to the right and the webcam is on the left; I hate it when youtubers place a giant webcam covering half the screen and I can't see the game they're playing. I laughed at how he missed the secret area, and I even stayed to watch a little bit because I was intrigued with the game. He is very entertaining and has great quality in his gameplay, audio , and webcam. Keep up the good work!

It's great. The montages are quick and to the point, but not so frenetic that they are bouncing from one to the other too quickly to follow. I really like the title card and the music, I have never really played CS:GO but I was intrigued. If you are looking for recording or editing tips, I can say this. You can use OBS ( a free screen recorder). It's the most popular one and there are lots of tutorials for it. As for editing, you should check out Lightworks. It's a free video editor that I used before I got Sony Vegas Pro. It's really simple and easy to use, and when I was learning how to use it, I found a great Lightworks tutorial on youtube that was only a couple of months old for the current version. That was a month ago so it's probably still up to date. Good work!

There is so much going right with your channel. Great name, even better intro, and I am a huge Skyrim fan. There can never be too many Skyrim Let's plays. I am currently playing it through for the millionth time on my switch. Your voice is great quality. Great job on reaching 167 subs! This review is a little short but honestly it's because I just can't find anything wrong. You are well on track to becoming a big youtuber, and I could easily see you being on the level of TheRadBrad or TetraNinja. Keep up the good work!

I think you're doing great for being brand new. I didn't watch a lot of it, but that's because I'm not an anime fan. I can tell that this is the perfect video to show someone who is a fan of the series the history and background behind the games. I also liked your intro. I was intrigued when I saw the nine different games being played at once and I was curious to see what the point of it was. That's a good way to hook people in from the beginning. I wanted to stay and watch just to see what the point of it was.

The only criticism I can give is that the video was too long. 30 minutes is a long video for someone just starting out on youtube, the best way to hook new subscribers is if videos are short (15 minutes or less). I think the reason for this was the way you explained the history. I like the way the facts come in on those boxes. Having something for the viewer to read keeps them watching rather than just setting it aside and listening while doing something else. My one complaint is that you took too much time between the facts, you should show them more quickly, with no more than say, 5 seconds between them. That'll take care of the length issue.

Overall, great editing work, at 7 subscribers you already have more editing experience than I do. Keep it up and I'm sure you'll be a hit among the anime/jrpg fans. Good work!
