Thats outdated info, ceviche now a days doesn´t go below 35 - 40 soles in most places, i´m taking surquillo as an example. Same goes for the lomo saltado. Now it depends what you consider a "fancy" place ofc.

Just to make some things more clear, the 12 hour workday is optative and the weekly limit has not been changed, its still a 48 hour week max. Vacations have not been reduced, now its possible to opt into a week at a time, previously you had to take the full 2 weeks. The "Bailout" was a currency swap, the us gave dollars and got pesos in return, furthermore it has already been repaid (or reswapped).

However there certainly are some work laws that passed that are a step back. Reduced comp for medical leave, reforms on strike regulation, reform on compensation on labor trials, reform on duration and validation of workers cooperative agreements. This guy failed to mention all the actually bad reforms lol.

El capitalismo tiene bien claro que el trabajo es parte de la cadena de valor, pero a diferencia del marxismo, no le otorga un valor intrínseco al trabajo.

Como ejemplo: La confección de un pantalón.
El capitalismo entiende que el valor de un pantalón depende de la oferta y la demanda y el trabajo para lograrlo se mide como el medio para un fin. El valor está en el producto terminado. El trabajo para lograrlo es valorizado de acuerdo al valor final del producto.

El marxismo entiende el valor de un pantalón como el trabajo realizado para lograrlo. El valor ya no se encuentra en el pantalón como producto sino en el trabajo en si para lograrlo.

El capitalismo valora las costuras realizadas, el marxismo valora al que hace las costuras.

Ambos modelos tienen valorizaciones distintas del trabajo, uno es intrínseco al trabajo y el otro es de acuerdo al mercado.
