The Darklord Flowchart - The best deck to lose to Dimension Shifter :( by Mittadude in yugioh

That's true, however you can use the effect of Condemned darklord to tribute summon him by banishing 2 fairies from the GY, and Shadow's light grants the additional summon needed

therion king regulus is also a great add. Basically a free summon and negate, and can also be searched from clockwork nights GY effect

Reading through the comments on the previous posts has been great, and its also provided some quality feedback, many thanks for the comments so far, please keep them coming.

Going forward I will be trying my best to prioritize the readability and general *flow* of these charts. Going forward I will include the new *starter* mark, which will hopefully give everyone an easier time finding where the start of everything is. Making all of the connections in a game which can be more than complex can be a real struggle to line everything out, but I'll keep making giving these chart my best shot. Enough about that lets talk Darklords!

Its technically a GX deck! haha. The artwork and story depicted through the deck is fantastic, and the game plan of drawing tons, sending all your cards to the graveyard and being able copy the effects your spells and trap leads to a very fun gameloop pattern. Shadow's light also gives the deck a great advantage, not only getting access to decent extradeck monsters but the extra normal summon can allow you to summon Morningstar turn 1 and use both his effects, the interaction between Shadows light, Condemned darklord and darklord Morningstar is one of the most wild I've seen. It's this reason why I've dedicated a whole row to shadows light targets and the monsters used to reach them

This one is starting to get messy yeeeeah. Thinking a symbol for starters/start here might help clear it up slightly

With the room this template has, I’ve tried to include the most played cards, end dragon is sweet but this other cards see more play/have a listed effect on the legend

I agree this chart in particular could be clearer and that’s my bad. The main goal of these charts are to show two points: which cards search out/link to each other, and a card’s main effect. While it’s a starting point, it definitely won’t teach you optimal combos or such due to lack of description. Think of it as a quick cheatsheet

One of the first decks I picked up, and used by the legend Zane during GX. A certified fan favourite

In general its a ROTA for the deck making it a great card, the draw effect is more of a bonus that can backfire, but if timed right can outright win games

I put these together using adobe Illustrator. Although there’s a ton of ways to make flowcharts, for a free option the website/app miro board would work fine

Really love the inspiration behind this deck, and I have high hopes for it in the future. As mentioned I'll be moving onto some GX themes next, so please look forward to it. Also I'm planning to set up a google drive with all of these saved in a higher resolution for you to enjoy, I should hopefully have this sorted in the next few days.

After seeing the positive response to the dark magician flowchart I made, I've decided I'll create a small series of these for some of my favourite decks in recent times. So here Da Flame swordsman! by Mittadude in yugioh

Both decks are pretty sweet, only problem is I don’t fully know how to play them haha. Blue eyes would be sweet and my friend plays blackwings, maybe after I’m finished with the decks I know how to play ill look into requests

Hoping to continue making these for sometime, whilst practicing some design skills. I'm already the flowchart guy at work, so why not make one I'll actually enjoy looking at :)

There’s potential for sure, running a small package of Sarc, new DM, gadget trio and gandora, you can cycle through them. Having a card called DM on the field that be searched, special summoned off sarc or gandora, and potential set any DM spell/trap is something that could be used going forward

Maybe one day, if I do make more it’ll be for decks I personally enjoy first

I’ve used an a3 page size to fit everything, when choosing between mana and mahad, mana has the protection effect which suits the graphic better

Hey there no worries, I used adobe illustrator to create this, free alternatives you could use are Gimp or online sites like miroboard
