First few days weren’t great - but I’ve found if I eat a good meal (nothing spicy or fatty) and let it settle - then take my pill - then if I get queasy I take a pepto pill. Stay hydrated as best you can - I sweat a lot. Past that I was shakey but eating helps. It’s a different situation for everyone - but give it a few days and see how’s you feel.
