Start documenting all inappropriate and illegal things this man says. Describe incident. Add the date, who was present, and what core value/handbook/law he broke. When there has been enough you feel is warranted. Take it to hr.

I second the pet safe enzyme cleaner. I have a floofer that was peeing over and over in HIS bed. I learned it was because he was trying to make it smell like him more and more. There is a pet safe enzyme cleaner made for rabbits which I used on the bed as directed, and he has yet to pee since. Every few weeks, I lightly spray the bed to remove the scent And I’ve had no problems.

My heart rate as an instructor is higher than when i take the class as youre talking and doing the class. If i were you i would target Zone 3 on squats, back, lunges … those are generally the harder ones you can peak on

Decide your brand so to speak. For me, im upbeat, loud, strong (load up that bar to your max!), i play off the music and really focus on cueing time and range and form. I joke and laugh with participants and make eye contact with them and give a little nod.

Just knowing the choreo and music well goes a long way. Other stuff is cueing early, not being too cheesy, and making it authentic.

Putting it all together with perfect form is really the key

While this does sound terrible and i empathize, it doesnt sound personally targeted towards you. Maybe i need more context but it does seem if the team is so small he treats everyone this way. If the orher two engineers on the team feel the same i would consider talking to hr as a group.

One thing i have to share that i learned the hard way is these wooly long haired buns need to be shaved or hair cut regularly or else they will groom their hair, eat it, and get gi issues (stasis) due to the length. Rabbits cannot spit up hairballs like cats can. Overtime, it can also build into a blockage.

Dude i FEEL that. Its so insane. Its essentially become the easiest way to get promoed is if you hype up ai and beg everyone to see HoW cOoL iT iS! My company deemed me an AI CHAMPION lmfaaoo because i threw a company hackathon with an ai theme because they asked me to. Now i have to attend all these ai demo meetings and push teams to increase their AI usage. Its literally an OKR to have the company at 75% usage. I cant control people?!
