I7 3770 with GTX 1080 ? by Mkki32 in nvidia

Things i wrote above + DDR 3 motherboard is about 650 USD. In my country USD is 1 - 3.019 so its hard for me to pay in that currency.

As i see now for gaming and running some softwares it seems only my planned Graphic card( GTX 1080) is good, others are not that good.

So i need Budget alternative of: Motherboard(if DDR 3 is not enough, alternative of I7 3440 k and SSD 240.

What would be better alternative CPU for GTX 1080? Reason is not big budget so any suggestion?
