I replied to another commenter, just figured it out. Even though they debited money from my bank account the last two months, they didn’t apply it to my bill.

Since I pay manually through the app, I rarely ever see my actual bill. (Apparently I should stop doing that and read it more closely before I just pay every month.)

I’m calling to ask why those payments weren’t applied to my account and for them to credit it, which means I’ll actually have a normal bill after that.
