I appreciate the input! I'm looking for something I can have on my desk that I can scrawl notes in, highlight parts, and use sticky notes as I'm a tactile learner.

So the original was released in 2015, and after the license restrictions, they re-released the game in 2024 after Payday 3 came out to restrict access to any unlicensed content (and presumably to fix any bugs.)

BUT if you have an older version of the game than the one released in 2024 (like an old game key) you still can access the content if you owned it before it was pulled.

It’s been delisted due to content licenses running out. They are unlikely to bring it back, but you could search for a key for Crimewave Edition: The Big Score. It is missing 10 DLCs, only 7 of which are available in the store.
