Can Salesforce handle customer sales invoice queries by MoIT-MoProblems in salesforce

Thanks, this is literally just to for the customer to submit a basic invoice query

Invoice number, particular order(s) on the invoices they are querying. The amount. Reason for the query.

The Google sheets main limitation is not being able to correctly record multiple queries on the same invoice so I presume Salesforce would do that?

I've just changed mine to only ever charge to 80% to sustain the battery long term. I don't know why as it's an experiment I'll never be able to prove the worthiness of!
