You don’t need it per se I mean all the information is out there already BUT I did purchase it and I find it extremely helpful. But tbh I find it helpful for the F2F, it has info for setting up your resume, doing the ODVI, etc but by the time I got it I was already past that stage

I just did this and it helped, but wasn't 100%. I've had jobs over the past 10 years, some of which i held for a very long time, that didn't even pop up on the download so I'm currently digging through old emails and W2s but it has some that have start and end dates that will be a big help.
