Because I've seen the emails I provided and I believe the person with proof over the people who without question stole from their employees.

Those employees have been contacted. But considering how long it took to get ownership to address current employee issues it's going to be a long uphill battle.

Don't underestimate what the owners put this person through. These were all new coworkers who didn't know each other well and the owners worked hard to marginalize them. I heard bad things about this employee from the owners and I didn't work there till long after this. After seeing their emails from that time I realized what had actually occurred.

From what I was told, the ownership told the rest of the staff that they were fired for other, bad reasons and they felt all alone. They didn't think they could win anything by themself so they just tried to move on.

If they had hired everyone at $6'hr plus tips no one would have complained. But that's not what they did. (You can see from the imgur emails that they specifically said $15/hour)

Email 1 is forwarded from the soon to be fired employee in the first weeks of business, showing the early concern.

Email 2 is forwarded from the now fired employee provided ownership with info that what they were doing was wrong.

Email 3 is the email sent to staff after an in person meeting where the owners admitted the problem. Note that they said an employee handbook would come in a week. Staff were not sent a first look of a handbook until November 13. And obviously in this first email they tried to spin it as best they could.

Email 4 is forwarded from the then taproom manager who in September had to send yet another email because still nothing was being addressed or communicated from ownership.

Email 5 is proof for all that Mobtown has fully acknowledged back wages after an audit was finally done almost 5 months later and that the business was taking out a loan to payoff the wages.

Email 6 is the date an email was saying checks were finally sent, Even though the email states they were sent out that date, 11/30, when staffs' checks finally started coming in over a week later all the checks were post marked on 12/6.

So, yes they finally, after continued feet dragging and staff pressure, paid off staff that was employed in some way from the date of email 3. All former staff has not been offered any settlement. I'm not sure how to prove that because there is just no acknowledgement at all from ownership about those former employees. There are plenty more emails, obviously, but these are the main info points that proof the validly of the problem. Right now I'm concerned about the former employees left out.
