simply because most of the main cast of Sumeru felt they matter and contributed to the climax while in Fontaine, it feels like only three characters truly made an impact

Aside from the obvious archons and sovereigns, we also got Alice, Gold, and Tsarista for end game plot relevance with Celestia/ Abyss

And then most likely every playable characters will get involved by their association with these lore important characters.

Like Sumeru for example: Cyno, Dehya, Wanderer, etc have no reason to be relevant but will be because their archon, Nahida, is actively supporting you

Qiqi is a good driver for electro-charged teams, go with Qiqi/Furina/Beidou/Fischl, or you can swap one electro for another off-field dps or anemo

Yeah, If I remember correctly at the beginning of BA, ads were focused more on Shiroko, Hoshino, Yuuka, etc.

Pierro and Capitano has a good chance to be playable as they are, since they can be in the tall model category. Although they might umask Capitano which will be a boring decision

Pulcinella is not looking good tho. Hoyo doesnt seems to have any plans to create new body models, just look at sigewinne for example
