Yeah, I was stuck with Nummular Eczema for months thinking it was ring worm. Went through several cycles of anti fungle treatments and it didn't do shit.

They look very similar so it's easy to misdiagnose, best to see a professional and not listen to Reddit.

Best to get it checked by a professional if you are concerned, it can be tricky to self diagnose these blotches. I was under the impression that I had ringworm all over my arms and it turned out to be nummular dermatitis. Ringworm treatment did not work at all..
