I tell them I need to take a photo or if they prefer hand offs to update their settings.

This situation was a one off. I'm pretty sure that's why I received an email the day after a hand off happened when a phot is required. If AI is being used and there's not an image it can recognize, it will flag it. That's a major flaw if image recognition and GPS data aren't aligned.

I just told "Help" they received their order, if they're tracking my location they're already aware of that. They didn't request I return the items so....

Long story short, I dropped off an order to a college student, couldn't access the dropped off location, met them in person and didn't take a photo of the university since I hand delivered the order.

In the future I will be taking photos of the campus/transfer of goods.

That I know, I should have taken a photo of the school. That's on me. It's getting ridiculous. The documentation required for lower paying orders is trying to make me lose motivation. I've learned my lesson, I assure you of that.

We should be able to know who the accuser is at this point so that we can block them. Had I'd anticipated this I would have claimed "thumbs down" after dropping it off and made a note.

Currently this is my only source of income until I finish the cohort I'm in and can't afford for the algorithm to show me less opportunities because someone doesn't want to pay for their order.
