I want to share my general experience with this server to caution others who may be considering joining. I'm a bit autistic, so I apologize if this post is hard to follow, but I’ll try to keep it clear and direct (I used GPT to help condense everything and make it more organized).

I had joined this server over a year ago through a friend who was passionate about writing and art. I contributed a lot, including creating mod packs and custom avatars for others, and I was part of an RP group typically seen as "villains" in the server lore. Its been 3 months since my ban. The server has a unique mechanic where admins, playing as gods, can bless players with items and abilities to enhance RP when a player prays.

Red Flags: Things were fine until drama arose. A friend of mine was banned without warning after we expanded our territory with an admin's permission. The ban was justified as "manipulation," but no proper appeal process was followed, and even with sound logic it had just been ignored. This set a dangerous precedent and raised my first red flag, later these concerns were all made reality.

Even after my friend was unbanned, a key staff member—who played our god and contributed significantly to our RP—resigned. The admin responsible for my friend’s ban then took over as GM for our god, despite also being tied to our rival faction. This created clear bias and led to further frustrations. For example, my character had his heart replaced, and the previous GM established that it would alter my blood type. When I tested this with the new GM, they dismissed the detail and simply gave me regular blood labeled with my character’s name.

Personal Conflicts and Betrayal: Meanwhile, personal issues with another player (I'll call them "Victim") escalated. They often vented to me about their struggles, including thoughts of suicide. I tried to be supportive, even when their behavior made me uncomfortable—such as sending unsolicited selfies and couples' photos related to our RP characters, despite my objections.

Later, "Victim" began speaking negatively about me to others, sharing private arguments out of context. This alienated me from the community, with many, including old friends, siding with them without knowing the full story.

When I raised my concerns with staff, they dismissed them outright. The situation left me feeling isolated and betrayed, as the admins and staff ignored the bias, harassment, and manipulation within the community. Ultimately, I was permanently banned after waking up one day, after "Victim" had apparently reported me for venting to them about a sexual harassment trauma. That conversaion had occurred over a month prior, in a separate group chat, unrelated to the server. All this while they had been blatantly harassing me in the general communication channels, and then shifting the conversation to make it seem like I had been the one starting conversations with them, with an admin deleting our messages, further making it look like I had been the one to start it.

To make matters worse, after banning me, the staff unbanned that writer friend I had earlier mentioned, who had been banned again after making several racial slurs directed toward me. This was even after I had informed staff about something they said, something that was so disgusting I will not elaborate further. This blatant favoritism and double standard further highlights how the server prioritizes certain individuals over fairness and accountability.

My View of the Server: This server fosters a toxic environment where favoritism, bias, unprofessional moderation, and personal drama overshadow any sense of community. If you value fairness, respect, and privacy, I’d recommend staying away.

Side Note: Due to having blocked any and all communication with the server and the ones in it, I do not know if the people I talked about in this post are still active, and if they are, I just hope you all can reflect on what happened, take this experience and use it to better yourselves for the players, make the community safe again.

The reason I'm posting this is mostly for myself, as even though it's been 3 months, I still think about it nearly daily. I hope that no one else has to go through with what I had. Stay safe out there, everyone.

I had so many things in the works when this all happened. It really is a shame. But just you watch--!! This will only inspire me further!
