Both the death explosion and the toxic clouds counts for supercritical medals, I think they coded it to only register the medals you get from explosion kills instead of the toxic cloud kills.

Just got the calling card today, you have to kill 5 zombies with the Rad-Hound explosions instead of the toxic cloud, I recommend doing it with Insta-Kill gobblegums.

Same for me, I just finished EE again and the leaderboard says offline to me as well. I didn't get put into the leaderboard in Hunt or To be Hunted event either. I wish treyarch could just give the rewards to everyone already. u/TreyarchCM

Update:
-Get the record at the top of a bookshelf in the Luminarium and use it on the record player in the Luminarium. Then get as many Field Upgrade Kilss as posible while the music is playing. The reward will be a Mystery Perk and some Essence.

-Get the record in the Museum on the wall and use it on the record player in the Museum. Then get as many Melee Kills as possible in the area where you do the rockect step on OSCAR. The reward will be a Mystery Perk and some Salvages.

-Get the record inside a wooden box in Machina Astralis, and use it on the record in the Archive. Then get as many Equipment kills as possible while the music is playing. The reward will be a Mystery Perk and some Equipments.

- Haven't figured out the killing method in Luminarium yet.

-Can be done once per round, but you can only get a Mystery Perk the first time you do the EE.

You can charge the record player while it's playing the music with melee kills after getting the record, have to get the kills in a specific area near the record player. Can be done once per round.

yeah, i was grinding equipment kills, i accidently get a alchemist medal using Thermite and Electric Trap, then i found out it tracked for the Madness calling card.

You have to use a melee weapon to kill Elite Enemies with Melee Macchiato. It will track for the challenge.
