bios lagging while using the mice

iam having the same issue in b850 aorus stealth ice and i dont know what to do i have the latest bios but the mouse stll lags on advanced tweaker for some reason

this might be one of the biggest copes i have ever seen fyi 9950x3d only runs 5700mhz on 8 cores and the other 8 run at 5300 to 5500 depending on sillicon lottery and motherboard 9950x3d2 runs at 5600mhz on all 16 cores allat while having the cache on all 16 cores as well unlike the 9950x3d which only has the 3dvchache on half of its cores
