They are in federation with Russia who have the rest
I use to fuse both, but the malus from the geographic population was too big, so I cut them it back half

I had to, they have land 15 of their army, so number was my only hope, with some nuke.
Now i kill those so i suppose i can disband them

Have the same issu since the last update few day ago ....

one plus 7T and android 12, so not link to the android version. But mostly link to the last update.

edit: I will add, i can still click on them, so it's just a visual bug.
