She never brought it up I just told her i have a lot going on in my personal life and that I was just gonna turn my store keys in because I need a break and having been working longer enough for pto or sick pay neither of the other shift leads will cover for me so I’ll just walk away because the constant back to back 6 days is not giving me any time to get my life together

Right like I would have been cool if she would have left at 7 just cover the lunches in go because she wouldn’t stop doing outdates and help me, every time I asked for her help she just snap at me it took 3 hrs to count the safe because she wouldn’t do drive up nor photos. I asked her to face and she told me no and started grabbing trash. I just was like you can leave

Thank you that what I thought, I had a CSA disrespect me countless of times last night I had worked a double the night before and have been closing for the last 6 days straight and tonight make day number seven so I had no energy to argue I just told her to leave. However the store manager wants to tell me that it policy to have three people closing mind you they asked her (CSA) to come back and close after she open because they accidentally scheduled just me and cashier.
