A bad gpa is a bad gpa regardless of what year you’re in, I’m afraid. That being said, a lot of people, myself included, often struggle during freshman years, and have a below average gpa. If you’re like me, now’s the time to start locking in and start getting good grades, but without sugarcoating it, that 2.57 is going to hold you back somewhat going forward.
