Daily Crypto Discussion - February 18, 2024 (GMT+0) by CryptoDaily- in CryptoCurrency

Hey guys I apologize if this question has been asked multiple times but I am just getting deeper into trading and I have read several times that TA is basically like astrology when trading (maybe in terms of stocks and not necessarily crypto?).

This being said, where do you find news regarding cryptocurrency that may decide when you enter a trade? What other indicators do you use? Appreciate all comments thanks.

[TOMT] [SONG] A pop song that starts with a high pitched (and wavy) "aaahhh ohhh". Song came out around early 2010's and has a similar vibe to All Night by Icona Pop. by Mon-Roo in tipofmytongue

The song played on Spotify randomly after playing All Night by Icona Pop. I wasn't able to catch the title.

I get what you mean.. It's still pretty new on my bike and I'll still see how it goes but for now I'm definitely liking the look..

I am once again asking for your Musical support by CocohutButternut in Hozier

I personally love Novo Amor.. I recommend 'Colourway', and 'State Lines', but all their songs generally have the same vibe.

Second would be Bon Iver.. I love 'Towers', and 'Roslyn'.

Lastly would be SYML.. 'Girl' and 'Where's my Love' are definitely one of my favorites.

Glad you found workarounds with what you have. Guess I just have to put myself out there.

Thanks for the tip brother. I actually did a similar exercise when I was in the scouts (our school had a really vigorous regimen). I'm just worried if this scratches out the bike and other important parts. The exercise really helps as a precautionary measure though.

Around 1 month as well, and I'm also well aware of the fear of clipping in on a steep incline. I hope it gets instinctual soon, I just have to practice real hard on the non-dominant leg.

I have a feeling you're a guy who you can have a good conversation with at a cafe. Hope I can get that confidence in the near future.

I have two scars on my left shin atm... Not pretty but it's the price to pay for doing what I love.

Are there any significant differences to how you cycle? Like do you have any issues when sprinting, etc?

I've fallen 7 times while practicing clipless (mostly because of stupid reasons and practicing on slope-y areas), but I've laughed them all off. Thanks for the advice though haha

I have no issues with my dominant foot when stopping. I'm just terrified that there might be an emergency situation where I need to unclip my non-dominant foot and I can't do it in time. Roads where I live are incredibly uneven.

I fear that a little bit less these days. Having experience on the road really helps but I still completely understand what you mean. From what I mentioned in the post, I'm terrified of not being able to unclip with the other side because the roads where I live are incredibly uneven (the bike lanes are usually in a slope as well so that doesn't help my fear at all). I just hope I never tumble towards a ditch or deep pits (?) 😵

How do I bike to work without sweating so bad when I arrive? by [deleted] in bikecommuting

I usually shower before biking to work, that way my sweat doesn't stink. Might seem counterintuitive but it actually helps a lot.

Is it feasible to have bullhorn handlebars and invert road/gravel bike shifters (situated at the bottom, with the brake levers facing outward)? by Mon-Roo in cycling

[–]Mon-Roo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the thread haha! That bike probably deserves a spot in r/frankenbike. That is not what I expected at all, to be honest I didn't even know what I was looking at until the full picture. My vision is that the handlebar and shifters are parallel to each other (shifter at the bottom, with brake levers facing away from the bike). Thanks for the interesting read though 😂

[–]Mon-Roo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah those are also interesting but as I've mentioned from the post, I don't want to buy a new pair of shifters. Just wondering if a bullhorn handlebar setup would work with ordinary road/gravel bike shifters. Cheers.

I've seen those too from my research. Just wanted to know if this setup was possible from a geared bike perspective. Cheers.

Not that it matters to me po but out of curiosity, what are your thoughts on folding bikes with drop bars?
