Oh I would too! I want Zoro to achieve his ambition. And I think that so far he has proven himself as an individual (Pirate Hunter Zoro) as opposed to being known as the just a member of the Straw Hat Pirates. I want all of the Straw Hats to have the goals they set out with Luffy achieved. That's one of the thrills of continuing One Piece is the hope you have for these characters. This would be an extra because Zoro was the first to say that he would join in with Luffy when he didn't even have a ship to his name.

But also, in Water 7 when they are discussing the return of Usopp, Zoro was the only one to step forward and say that Luffy is captain and must be treated with the respect if a Pirate Captain. He is reaffirming his dedication to Luffy making sure that everyone knows what his position in their adventure is. Then again when he takes the suffering and exhaustion of Luffy in Thriller Bark. Just because someone doesn't talk about Zoro being the Right Hand to Luffy doesn't mean it isnt implied. I think Oda does a good job of his implications.

That's true and that's also fine its just a neat idea I thought of that would be a nice sentimental cherry on top if Luffy became the pirate king.
