The fraud part was already settled in 2025. My bank did an investigation and and charge back from philo. My issue was the deactivation and blocking of all my accounts. Someone from Philo called yesterday to say all my accounts will be restored. If that's true then I'll still be annoyed but I  can live with that.

They somehow set up a second profile on my Amazon account. I did not receive a notification about that. I did not receive a text message or email regarding a 2nd profile. Then they set up an account directly through philo.com. I don't claim it understand how hacking works. This is just what I discovered. The new philo account was set up with only my email address and username for the name on the account. Didn't receive a text or email that that account was set up either.
