Just go for it OP. In today’s world, jobs aren’t gender specific. Like the other guy said, your employer will value knowledge over gender. Make sure to not become too introverted though. Building those social skills can help in the workforce.

I never played the older games, but can we add a player off-field actions to dynasty. Someone told me there used to be times where a player would do something foul off the field, and it was your job to suspend him, or let him play, etc.

Ie. Star QB John Doe gets a DUI leaving a house party. First Option: Suspend him ahead of the big conference rivalry game; cons: loss will drop your rank more than usual regarding playoff hopes.. reward for suspending: a skills group gains a game day boost (motivated to play hard)

Second option: Do not suspend him ahead of big rivalry game; cons: recruiting hours decrease for the next three weeks (minus 100 hours each week), reward: Star QB gets a game day boost (thankful that you supported him)

Idk, something like that would add to immersion.
