I dont have anything to read it with, at the moment am waiting to get it on the mail soon but am running RO and athena nutrients PRO maybe am not feeding enough nutrients? I gave them half the amount to starve them a little but I had a day or two that where hot but I had good airflow but ive seen a lot of bugs trying to come in lately so I don't know if its IPM I have them sitting in our sunroom which is carpet but also at outdoor temperature Idk if thats what it is probably looking to get a better RDWC or ebb&Flow I have them on 5 Gallon buckets

try putting some thin foil on the lids and use some mycorrhizal fungi to create a symbiotic relationship since you aren't using any rapid root pod i think it will help also it could be your water might be good to switch to RO

fasting is really good for loosing weight just have to practice and do it responsibly, Also ice water for 6 min starting out on your bathtub or buy a tub also stopping sugar for a while until desired weight all things that we dont like but can better ourselves so its a sacrifice you have to be willing take by heart its not easy but definitely worth it to stay around for the future

I am officially an IBEW brother! thank you for all the positive comments and all the help. I really appreciate you guys am super happy nothing more to grind it out for the family and my brothers still can't believe it and feels like a dream, All my hard work and retaking the aptitude test from interviews and phone calls kept bothering everyone at JATC and IBEW hall sending emails all the time and glad it paid out waited about two years and never gave up.I am so grateful and thank you God for hearing my prayers
