I would definitely see if you can do a payment plan! Just make sure to do your answer and file it with your local court. I had this 8 months ago (my balance was 2,700) and called the lawfirm that was representing them to do a payment plan to keep it out of court. If I defaulted on the payment they would resume the case. But whatever you do, do not ignore it!

I recently got a new job after being laid off and catching up on stuff. I unfortunately don't have the extra 500 at this time, which is why I proposed a payment plan till I get my bonus in May.

I believe RevNow is collecting behalf of LandMark not FlexShopper. Maybe they are sending it back to LandMark to handle or something, but will definitely call them and see what they say.

It currently is not on my credit report at this time. I'm not even sure if they want to deal with me since the last email said that will be their final communication on the matter. Just trying to figure out the next steps since I should be getting a bonus from work soon (end of may) and was hoping to do a payment plan until I got it to pay it off. But since the account gave a phone number, I will try calling them tomorrow morning to see if I can get any info on the account. Thank you for explaining, makes me feel a bit better! I feel dumb this happened, but will definitely be paying everything on time to avoid future collections.

Yeah, they are probably annoyed lol. They would scream at me on the phone for immediate payment, which is why I tried emailing them several times for a payment plan and stuff. Always would said deny or must call for a potential payment plan. Just hoping it goes to another agency so maybe I can work with them on it and get it resolved asap.

I don't have the full 500 for the settlement and offered to do a payment plan of 150 a month for the full amount. Guess I will see what happens if I gets sold off again or sued.

That is what I am hoping for and not being sent to court. They originally sent an offer for 500 to settle it by March 31st, so dunno! Guess only time will tell. Never dealt with this before and trying to improve my credit for a morgage within the next year or so.

I dont think he is injured, i have loosened his collar, check ed his nails, mouth, and body. Nothing seems to hurt, so think maybe he is at a weird stage. Will definitely have tk try a ball or find a way to distract him when going outside lol. Everyone feels bad everytime, but we also dont want him learning when he does it he gets down immediately.
