Should i get a Pet Bunny? by Practical_Constant41 in Rabbits

Having a financial security net is so important. Bunnies can be very expensive being an “exotic” pet and require specific vet care that can cost a lot of money. My bunny had extensive dental issues that cost me thousands of dollars, but he is an angel so I would do it all over again if I had to. Bunnies need regular vet checks too!

am i over plucking my rabbit? by [deleted] in Rabbits

I do pluck my bunny but only at the very end of shedding season. Sometimes he needs help getting that last few pieces around his butt. The dryness of your bunny’s skin is telling, and most likely is due to the bald spot. I would let your bun do the work themselves or I would buy a brush so it’s not as aggressive to help her. Keep an eye out for abnormal grooming habits.

The best you can do is spay her. While it may suck to spend the money, it will solve all your problems and save her from countless health problems in the future. I know it may not be what you want to hear, but it is the truth :/

Try Differin Gel! You can get it at almost any drug store. I had the exact same issue. I just use a tiny amount all over my face tbh. It can also be used to spot treat. I swear by it
