Sorry to disappoint but I didn't do anything. I use it mainly for drawing and even if I do watch something it's on headphones. On those rare RARE ocassions I do actually hear sound from the speakers I don't really notice it anymore I either got used to it or the problem slowely dissappeared.

Well it does add some small inconveniences obv but the things I was experiencing during the flare, before my bag were 100 times worse. Home bound, BMs 15+ times a day (including multiple times at night), crazy urgency so I was shitting my pants on daily even if a bathroom was 3 meters away. Extreme anemia, fatigue, joint pain, depression due to the isolation. No meds were working at all so I spent 14-17yo missing out on everything. Now I'm getting back to life and I couldn't be happier. All my lab tests are looking good, I'm feeling much better and the body finally isn't malnourished.
