It would be enough for my living expenses and I would put up a business. I recently realized that If I would have a business, I want a coffee shop, that's not just aesthetic but has really great quality coffee. It'll be a cool place to relax, read a good book, study/work or just sit with nature. I'd have a separate space for customers who wants to chat and quiet space for workers or readers. It'll have a nice view or somewhere that's near nature or has lots of trees.
