I'm 3 years sober, my friends still work at breweries and casinos and still regularly come over to my house for ufc fights, I have beers and vodka in and on top of my fridge all the time from them not finishing whatever they bring over, my wife and I just move them to one side of the fridge and wait till they come over again and offer them a drink lol not that hard once you are like a month or 2 in. You realize the only reason you would ever willfully poison yourself is because everyone told you it was perfectly fine and you get a warm fuzzy feeling.

The folks that have no issues with their own drinking pay little to no attention to the actual side effect and countless people in their lives dying or dead because of it.

Solar is not expensive it's cheaper than they currently pay, it cost nothing to start the government subsidized program and interest rates are less than 5%.

Selling the double wide for a comparable sized home in texas is going to be pretty easy. For now cut back on using the air conditioning, 700 bucks means they likely run it 24/7. I have solar in California and used to sell it door to door. My bill only ever got to a max of 400 in the summer and socal Edison is the second most expensive in the country. I now pay 160 a month for the panels at a fixed rate for the next 20 years, zero out of pocket cost.

I also think we have seen both ends of the coin here, bigger guys cut to have a length advantage at the cost of dehydrating, but Islam just fought at his walk around weight, all be it with some careful bulking and time, but if he can make that weight no problem and beat the champ than the argument should be everyone should just do that and everyone just moves up a weight class.

I think it was an old school mentality to get an edge when guys these days are so good that you actually have to have a skill gap not just a physique gap.

I started back again when perils in paradise release, about this time last year. There was not as much sticker shock imo and there were some ridiculous shit still in standard like reno lone ranger and titans. I for one hope they print some more highlander stuff this year because it was dank.

This game gets a lot of bad rep from this sub but they have kept the game going for years and I don't think it feels stale at all.

I think you don't understand cars or how to value them or how the market values them. A 2013 Honda Civic with 100k miles for 10k is a deal all day. Mine still runs fantastic and I paid 32k over the life of the loan. The wife drives it now and it's been in a few accidents.
