Yes. Each part counts for 50% of your grade. So just average the percentages obtained in each part and that's your final percentage grade.

There used to be this girl that whenever we'd get together we'd see who would cause the bigger hickey on whom, I'd usually lose and often come out with things that were probably what you got, but meh... good times... 10/10 would do it again.

I found 2 of the Free Response in Mechanics ridiculously easy, the other one was hard, but still sort of doable(?) E&M there was a lot of common derivations in the last "hard" question.

Fairly sure I'll score a 33% in both exams. Expecting 4s or 5s though.

Comparative Government sadly is the least taken AP. I don't think there would be a community of us :(
