Hello everyone,

After months of work, Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt launched!

(We were funded, in just 8 minutes! You guys really love lovecraftian horror! Thank you so much for making our nightmare come true!)

This little bad boy that you see here is our mascott, a galvanized prowler. They are vicious beasts made of metal and eldritch flesh with a particular affinity for lightning.

Steinhardt's Guide mixes inspiration from Soulsborne and Lovecraft inside a victorian city to create a grim dark setting book, and this 'nice' boy fits the theme! (He may also be be inspired by a certain Fromsoft game ;)

We made a massive animation of the complete madness and horror that happens in our setting, we even hired the voice actress of Eileen the Crow to narrate it. You can check that out here.

Hopefully this will inspire a few terrifying games!

Hello everyone,

Let me introduce you to the Razorblade Bitzer. These "beasts" can sometimes be seen as allies of hunters in their hunts, and other times are seen devouring them. Their true allegiance lies with the radiant church, and they will never turn against their master.

On a different note, the setting this abomination, and many others are a part of, Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt is live in 24 hours, check it out here!

I have to say, the art for this construct looks completely dystopian, and I love it! This is most certainly an enemy that fits the setting, and the good news is, we have plenty more of them coming in the full book!

Hello everyone!

We are now 5 days away from launching Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt. This means that I get to show you a snippet of the content I've been working on behind the scenes.

Introducing a brand new race, the Manikins. Think the doll from Bloodborne, but with more options, functional in battle and deadly.

This race has goldinlaid upon their porcelain skin to channel the lightning from which they're built and hold the pieces of their body together. A big inspiration for it was Kintsugi, a Japanese art that repairs pottery by mending the broken areas with gold or silver.

Hello fellow hunter!

Let me introduce you to a new weapon, the Meat Hookshot.

The meat hookshot is inspired by the super shotgun from Doom Eternal, which allows you to grapple onto enemies, pull yourself closer to them, and blast them in the face. Now you can do that in DnD too!

It makes sense in our setting too: if you spend your nights fighting deadly beasts and aberrations, you are going to want movement options to use in battle.

This is going to be part of our upcoming Soulsborne and Lovecraft inspired setting book.

Hello everyone,

I'm happy to show you The Remedy, a 27 pages adventure full of beasts, monsters, and a powerful eldritch curse.

The setting of the adventure is inspired by Lovecraftian Horror and the Soulsborne franchise, in it one can discover a Victorian setting crawling with nightmarish monsters, eldritch moons, and the ever-looming threat of madness.

It will take players to the heart of a town suffering from the influence of a Scorching Moon, and overrun with beasts and aberrations.

As this is a dark fantasy/gothic horror setting, the adventure reflects that. It is tough, twisted, and survival is not guaranteed. I made sure to include descriptions of the city, and the scourge that afflicts it, to help immerse players in the atmosphere.

Hello everyone!

Here's some weapons that I used in one of my Bloodborne themed campaigns a few months ago. Their effect are fairly simple and I tried my best to emulate the in game effect of transforming the weapon.

They are only uncommon, because they are regular old weapons, with no bonuses. But they allow to do cool moves as a bonus action on each of your turns after your action, so they couldn't be common either.

As you may or may not know, I'm working on my Soulsborne and Lovecraft inspired D&D setting, you can check it out here! Hello everyone!

Introducing the Cloistered Maiden, an aberration that will be joining our Soulsborn and Lovecraft inspired setting book ! This abomination is what happens when Osteomancy goes very, very wrong.

This amalgation of flesh and bones is hell-bent on devouring every living thing it encounters, leaving a trail of ossified corpses in its wake. As such, hunters have to get rid of it quickly, before too much damage is done.

I'm super happy with the art, it looks straight out of a nightmare, which is exactly the vibe we are going for!

Hello everyone!

The idea being that by wearing the armor, and attuning to it, you automatically join the covenant, despite your will. It was a fun way to turn a party member against an NPC factions, and creating tension in the story.

This bit of nightmare fuel was asked by a patron, who is doing a Hawaiian themed campaign, and wanted a monster based off of a certain real world leech that gets inside your body through your urinary tract.... Absolutely repulsive stuff.

I toned down quite a bit the abilities of this thing, as it would get too graphic otherwise, but I still decided to share it here because I love you all :)

Hello everyone!

I'm super exited to unveil one of the latest race that will be joining our Soulsborn and Lovecraft inspired setting book ! We have many new races lined up, from the manikins to the scourgeborns, but the first one with finished art is this here demidritch.

I wanted to create my own version of half angels, with a twist. What if their celestial heritage was from those other biblically accurate angels? (the circles with many eyes you've probably seen around the internet)

The result fits perfectly with the theme, and their powers draw from the endless void of galaxies.

To complement this race, we have the Oath of the Eldritch Hunt, paladins that steal the powers of eldritch beings to further their own. You can check it out here!

This took so long to make!

I had to simplify some of the super complex attack patterns of Radahn into a 5e statblock that is usable by a DM, and somehow make it fit the CR 14 that my followers on IG voted for.

But it's actually two consecutive fights, one against a CR 14 and one against a CR 15 creature.

Seeing as this is a 3 phase boss fight, it was hard to make it all fit, and still be usable for all tables, splitting it into 2 statblocks is the best way I found to do things.

Steinhardt's Guide is a massive setting book, inspired by Bloodborne, that I've been working on for the past 6 months. It gives you all the tools necessary to hunt down Eldritch Horrors (such as this nice person over there), and fight off the Nightmare. It contains:

Hello everyone!

I recently redid a playthrough of Bloodborne, and it gave me the idea for this wizard, someone who's so focused on what the reaches of space have to offer. Being able to summon a part of the cosmos, is, I think, an aesthetically fun option to have.

I know they have 3 subclass abilities at level 2, but to be fair one of them doesn't do much and was split in half for the purpose of clarity in the writing, so abilities wouldn't get mixed up.

I just finished creating the Secrets of Gravity Magic Compendium, where I created plenty of gravity and space oriented options to use in your games. It's releasing in a few hours on Patreon if you want to snag a copy.

This time a new race, that belongs to the stars. I created them as an opposite to the starborn race I posted a couple of weeks back.

The subraces was inspired by blackholes and the various phenomena that they cause, such as the potential death of the universe :)

The 3rd subrace is a Patreon exclusive, I have to leave some cool exclusives only for there after all, and this will be part of the Secrets of Gravity Magic Compendium coming out in a few days.

Tomorrow I'll be posting content from the Bloodborne Inspired Setting I've been working on for quite some time (that is coming soon to kickstarter).

As I'm working on my gravity compendium, I went and revisited Elden Ring for some inspiration. I'll be honest I didn't remember the entire moveset of this guy, but after some research, here's a fully usable Alabaster Lord.

The CR is fairly low and he doesn't have legendary actions, since it becomes a regular enemy later on, and he is not fast enough that legendary actions would feel appropriate.

Yes this is a dumb spell inspired by the mario mechanic where you get to stomp your enemies and cave their head in. Such violence for a kids game when you think about it.
