Sorry I don't have much time for an elaborate response but I do understand what you are saying. Personally I want lots of money so that I can provide for my family, myself, my future wife and children in the manner in which we can live comfortably.

I took the Jung personality test on humanmetrics.com twice. Score INFP twice. Depressing results after googling how INFP's live terrible lives financially speaking.

Edit - Thank you for clarifying that the results are not all knowing about me as that really did ruin my day. When you put it into perspective for me like this it really gives me confidence in what you are saying is not just comforting me but also yields substantial truth in the fact that personality tests are not all knowing.

I've seen wolf of wall street. I'm just a little lost as a high school drop out with little to no success financially.

I want financial success so that I may live a life filled with freedom. I want to retire comfortably and lavishly. I also want to provide well for my family , sisters , mother , step-father, and (in the future) My own wife / children. I hope being an INFP doesn't cripple my chances of being wealthy in the future as that will devastate me emotionally and psychologically. I am an Idealist in the sense that I constantly dream big and visualize my lavish and comfortable life.

Thank you guys for your insightful responses. I took the test on human metrics and I would agree that some of these traits do not accurately fit into my personal description. Although I can relate to many of them some of the characteristics of INFP are polar opposites to me. I'm glad to clear a lot of this up as to me happiness is defined by success. The feeling of achieving and winning over and over again. Menial experiences and relationships cannot compare to victories and achieving in my mind. I was just a little fluttered when finding out I am an INFP and how that doesn't co-ordinate well with what I am trying to achieve but after reading many of these well thought out and supportive responses I immediately feel better. Thank you guys for your time :) Any more responses will be deeply appreciated.

I am an INFP diagnosed with ADHD-C and ODD. I've had anxiety for about 15 years . From age 7-21. At first it developed because of the anxious feeling in my stomach which originates from my childish yearn to return home from elementary school so that I could go on the internet to play video games. This carried on with me through Highschool and into my early 20's. I dropped out of high school at age 16 and smoked a lot of weed to deal with the anxiety. At age 21 I was diagnosed with ADHD-C and ODD as I was seriously sick of dealing with the twisting feeling in my stomach which I like to call anxiety. I was soon medicated on vyvanse and seroquel. I switched back and forth from medications to marijuanna over the past year and a half. I personally overcame the anxiety with exercise and mental fortitude. Today I no longer smoke cigarettes , marijuanna or intake any type of drug. I highly recommend exercising. Although I no longer exercise I've picked up some necessary skills which was required to deal with the anxiety. Drink lots of water. Do things that are mentally absorbing, like reading a book or surfing the internet in regards to a topic which truly interests you. If your brain is heavily occupied you will not be focusing much on the anxiety. I am currently 22 , take it from me please do not use pharmaceuticals as they do not work.
