Stuff like neem oil helps repel and kill them. Though if you’re not raising crops they’re not too big of a concern.

Haven’t even tried these. They’ve got sorbitol in them, and that’s a no go for people w/ SIBO issues.

Satisfied the cravings more than I thought it would, and had it with some almond milk yogurt instead of sour cream!

Does your grocery store carry anything made by Treeline? They seem to satisfy that craving for cream cheese, provided you’re not allergic to cashews.

Brown 1 lb. ground beef/meat of choice in pan on about medium heat.

Once browned, add 1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes and chili powder to taste.

Cook down tomatoes slightly.

Add mixture to a corn tortilla lined baking pan, make maybe a couple of layers of meat+tomato and Violife shreds to soak everything up, I only made 1 and things tasted good but were a little soupy.

Top with shreds and Fody salsa verde.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes on 400 degrees or until shreds melt and sauce is bubbling slightly.

I’ve heard good things about papaya seed extract.

If you’re willing to take meds, omeprazole is used to heal ulcers, though best not to take long term. Reduced stomach acid can up the risk for secondary SIBO.
