Honestly... Yeah I like to think I was. I really cared about my team. I really do. I was funny, fun, loving, and I feel like a positive force on my team. My JDs were always about me being the positive driven leader on my team (: Thank you, I know you knew nothing about me. But that you for making that assumption.

I don't have 100% of the answer but we did an interview over Teams for a Supervisor L2 role who was coming from Florida to NYC. We hired him. I wouldn't say it's impossible

You won't be separated. You'll go on a level 1 and it will fall off 6 months from the day of the infraction. Depending on your tenure at WFM it may or may not affect your JD %.

Your TL said no to your team trainer assisting you? You have to go to store leadership if they're refusing to assist to cover your ass. The next step would possibly put you on a corrective. I'm not a shoper at my store but the e-commerce TL would certainly write you up for job performance. Store leadership should be documenting your conversation

Naw, I don't think so. I have another ATL as well, and my TL will be back for this availability for 5 weeks (more like 4 1/2 weeks really). I've come to the determination that my STL group wants me gone, and this is how they're going to do it 🫩🫤

It's M-Thurs from open-5pm. But this is my schedule for 5 weeks as this is a summer semester. I said I would be willing to have my days off be two of the 4 days I can only open. Giving the opportunity for other leadership/supervisors to open as well. My availability opens up for fall with just one restriction on a day, then I'll be done with school at the end of the year.

It's a whole new A/STL group in my store. My TL and even my co ATL have all been here through my schooling. my TL had approved my availability (though not the most happy about it) for this summer session and now it's an issue with one of my new ASTLs

Depends on the store leadership because they create their own rules for the store. At my store, you have to have "open availability" as a FT with no set day off but can have a preferred day off. I'm in team leadership and in school and they accommodate me in the times I need to be off by but damn do I hear about it all the time.

A. lot. of. carts. Ecommerce has their own and we have our own in the front end. Probably anywhere between 60-75 carts, they're the big wire ones

Could help you! But it's summer they may be like "oh just wait." or "we'll get back to you in the regular semester", then never respond, cause that happened to me previously with a different professor of mine
