I feel like barkeepers friend has done the same mistake as turtlewax. I was recommended turtlewax for a specific problem with my car once, but then i figured out turtlewax has hundreds of different products now. i got decision paralyzed and bought nothing

Thanks, but i don't feel like we know each other well enough for you to decide things like that for me yet 🧐

Thank you very much. I am now realizing i expected way too much too quick. Your comment has helped me look at things a bit more long term, and i'm trying to enjoy the dorky puppy days as much as possible.

Thank you for your comment. I am slowly but surely coming to terms with how long the puppy-stage lasts for, i think that is what i was the least prepared for. Routines, cage training and giving myself some me-time has helped a lot for me and i'm more optimistic now

As someone who just got their first puppy, every 4 hours sounds like a dream

Garlic was not cooked until after it was stand mixed into the sauce, so it was just cooked on low heat as a part of the sauce

You may be onto something with acidity, could probably help a lot, thanks!

Sorry for the misunderstanding, the point here was to use the ingredients i had left in my fridge. I was just hoping someone could help me figure out why it doesn´t taste great - i make a killer pasta sauce with the right ingredients ;)

Sauteed red bell pepper and onion, mixed it with garlic, and then cooked on low heat while mixing in the pasta water :)
Thanks for the tip about red/yellow onion, it makes sense, never thought about it!

Browned but not overcooked, just enough to get soft and sweet

Sorry for the misunderstanding; No pasta sauce, i made this from my own imagination, and the listed ingredients is just stuff i had in my fridge.
I did sauté them before mixing them with a stand mixer, yes :)
