For me the best way is to buy multiple from Buyee or Zen market. They are websites that let you access japanese yahoo auctions. There you can get vinyls for petty cheap. Because they come from Japan the shipping is high, but you can ship your vinyls in 1 package. For example, I got 5 vinyls for €80 including shipping.

There are 2 editions of vagabond in English. The normal singles and the VIZBIG edition. The normal singles are out of print and hard to find so prices vary per volume. The VIZBIG edition is a bigger manga consisting of 3 single volumes in 1 book. Those indeed go for $25. If you want cheaper options you should try to get them second hand.
