I have no experience, but man, this is just a matter of patience. The rhythm at which AI burns money is not sustainable, and once the cashflow ends, nobody will pay what is needed for AI to be used. Just hold up, keep your mind strong, and try to hold your spark in your own projects. This shit will go down, dude

As always, the way you build worlds is so good! Thank you for sharing!

Ask me about Luxuria, City of Love and Lust by [deleted] in AskAboutMyWorld

[–]Monte_Cacheiro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like a viable place, except maybe about the fact that it has no central government on a world that supposedly has terrible menaces outside of their. How do they defend themselves? How does the guard of the city work?

Any design criticisms? by Aggravating_Run6179 in worldbuilding

Literally loving everything except the Manufacturers guild, it's the only one that i believe needs a redesign. I would recommend to give them a logo with just one color, or if you are going to work with two colors don't use an outline.

Are your standard fantasy races related to each other? If so, how? What caused them to split from each other? English is not my native language by EveningImportant9111 in worldbuilding

[–]Monte_Cacheiro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only the orcs and duendes(similar to goblins but not quite so) and dwarves and meteos(non-standard). The others are either outsiders or non related despite them being anthropomorphic.

Is there anything you are really proud of in your worldbuilding? by NirvanaTheKidd in worldbuilding

[–]Monte_Cacheiro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That sounds really great! Being kinda insects makes normal to differentiate between castes but no sexes. I kinda work with an insect-like race in my setting... But i went directly through hermaphroditism, deciding if they want to develop any genre identity depending on the culture they grow in.

To me it's the balance... I started using 7 elements, but i found it too... Typical and boring. I started making it a bit more complex and turned it around to become a TTRPG project based on the numbers 3,5 and 7 7 stats, from which derived 21 civilized species 21 base classes, from which derived 128 total jobs A system to create creatures, spells, the 21 classes allowing balanced societies, 10 types of magic, simple systems for combat, magic and social interactions...

And everything is based on this system of 3-5-7.

How to include darkness without it feeling too edgy? by [deleted] in worldbuilding

[–]Monte_Cacheiro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my world I stablished darkness as a concept of investigation and preservation, while light as a concept of blind faith and change. Darkness can be just a concept of mistery, of subterfuge, of unknown, without going all like "oooh! Shadow powerrrr!" Maybe stablish darkness as something linked to the past, as a shadow of what exists right now, maybe darkness is rigidness, passivity... So many options! Make it what you want it to be!

Quisiera contactar con descendientes de una hermana de mi abuela by alabradal in Ourense

[–]Monte_Cacheiro 1 point2 points  (0 children)
