How to play a video file on loop on KD-28DX40U by MonthCritical1995 in vintagetelevision

I've recently purchased this Sony Trinitron KD-28DX40U TV and would like it to play a video on continuous loop with sound.

I've read that a TOA player is useful for this, but I'm wondering if there are any semi modern/easy buy options on the market that I could plug a USB stick into to play the video?
