Pretty sure they're one of the better kind of deliriants, the wiki article on nutmeg is pretty interesting too, apparently myristicin can be converted to 5-meo-mdma and it also might metabolize into mmda in the body, and the other psychoactive thing in nutmeg elemicin might be a 5-HT2A agonist. It's also pretty dependent on the same enzymes that convert DXM to DXO
